Had no idea the owner had that many accredidations.. Very impressive. The store site looks great. Something like this could make daily specials really take off if you know what's gonna be in stock on a particular day.

We just finished the most perfect mille feuille with a carmelized pecan crust. Who's idea? Who's creation?

YAY I love the springs general store! best place in the whole world to work and eat! The chicken salad, the #4 sandwich and ALL the breakfast items are really good. Be sure to get the ice coffee! kristi is awesome and all of the employees are fabulous. I would highly recommend it! love lily

I worked in Springs General during Summer 2001 while visiting from Ireland. Loved it there, the breakfasts and coffee were the best!! The customers were cool, especially the locals!
Looks like it's still going from strength to strength. Best of luck!
